Northern Light Radiology Associates — a private, physician-led, non–PE-backed radiology group — is recruiting Fellowship-Trained, Board Certified/Eligible Diagnostic Radiologists across all subspecialties. 

Onsite & remote employment, and independent contractor options are available with flexible, customizable terms.

We also welcome referrals and offer up to a $30,000 referral bonus for successful full time hires.

Employment Model Highlights

Base Salary: $650,000 + full benefits (401K with match, healthcare, etc.)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM
Onsite: 40 weeks per year
Weekends: 8 weekends annually, fully remote
PTO: 12 weeks
Additional: Productivity bonuses, CME allowance, substantial sign-on bonus
No tail insurance required upon exit
No non-compete
