Northern Light Medical Management seeks a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Associate to join our team. Responsibilities:

• Assist in investigating imaging discrepancies and preparing reports for corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate records of quality checks, audits, and compliance findings.
• Ensure compliance with ACR (American College of Radiology), Joint Commission, and state/federal guidelines.
• Review Images on multiple PACs system.
• Direct communication to the site to verify Amendment requests.
• Communicate with the Radiologist regarding Amendments.
• Update company trackers and maintain other documentation as required.
• Perform all other tasks assigned by the Director of Quality Assurance.

Qualifications: 

• 2 years of experience in a healthcare, radiology, or quality assurance setting.
• ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) and/or CNMT (Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist) certification and experience in radiology which is a plus but not required.
• Basic understanding of radiology quality standards and imaging procedures.
• Familiarity with coding for Radiology and reporting in the PACs dictation system.
• Ability to communicate effectively with radiologist staff members.
